As a leader in the real estate industry for the past 35 years, Dean Woodall, president of Woodall Construction Company, Inc., is hands-on in every aspect of his projects. He uses his vast knowledge of engineering, architecture, and construction techniques to create some of the most sought-after homes and subdivisions in Cherokee County.
Woodall has been recognized by the Atlanta Journal Constitution as builder of the week as well as receiving honors for real estate marketing and sales. He has built over 400 homes in Cherokee, Pickens, and Bartow counties. What should I expect from my builder?
Honesty and Communication! Those are the most important thing you can expect. I guarantee that if somebody had a problem with a builder it is almost always related to poor communication. No build is perfect and people make mistakes. But our promise to you is that we will always be upfront and honest and do everything possible to keep you informed and involved in the process.
Do I need to own a lot before I contact you?
No. Most people do not have a lot purchased before they find a builder. In fact, you may be limiting yourself on the type of home that you can build if you already have a lot. We are happy to look at any lot that you are interested in to tell you if it will work with the plan that you like.
