Then, the following week, bring a shovel to the park and “dip” into the free mulch. 12:00 am	Built To Quit Northside Hospital Cancer Institute will begin a six-week course, offering the American Lung Association’s Freedom From Smoking program. Participants learn the hazards of tobacco products, the benefits of quitting, and strategies and skills to cope with urges.
