Fried Fish Taco Ingredients
-1 cup cornmeal
-½ cup milk
-2 filets of fish (tilapia, cod, catfish)
-Salt and pepper to taste
Hoisin Glaze Ingredients*
-1 cup hoisin sauce
-2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
-2 tablespoons sriratcha
-2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
-2 red bell peppers
-2 limes, zested and juiced
-1/3 cup agave
-½ cup chopped cilantro
Fried Fish Taco Procedure
-Season your cornmeal with salt and pepper.
-Beat two eggs and a half cup of milk together.
-Dunk your fish in your egg wash, and then bread with the cornmeal breading.
-Pan sear the fish.
Hoisin Glaze Procedure*
-Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
-Dice your salsa ingredients, and combine them in a bowl.
-Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Wrap your fish and salsa up in a tortilla, top with the hoisin glaze,
